How Do I Find My Prize Draw Number
How to Find Your Draw Number
You can find your draw number in three easy places:
-
After you enter
As soon as your entry is successful, your draw number(s) are shown on the confirmation page. -
Confirmation email
You’ll receive an email confirming your entry, which includes your draw number(s). -
Your account area
Log in to your account, go to My Account → My Orders, then click on the relevant order to view your draw number(s).
Each competition entry is assigned a unique draw number. If you purchase multiple tickets, you’ll receive multiple draw numbers for that competition
What Happens If A Competition Does Not Sell Out?
If a competition does not sell out, the draw still goes ahead as planned.
-
We do not extend competitions to sell more tickets
-
The draw takes place on the advertised date and time
-
The full advertised prize is always awarded, regardless of how many tickets were sold
In fact, fewer entries means better odds of winning.
You Could Win competitions are never extended due to low ticket sales, and every draw is completed fairly.
Loyalty Points
We’ve been wanting to reward our loyal customers for a while, since we launched…so we’ve created our very own loyalty points system!
You can earn Points by entering our competitions. For every £1.00 that you spend you will be rewarded £0.05 in Free Website Credit. (£20.00 = £1.00 Free Website Credit)
Points can build up in your account and be used on any future ticket purchase or competition entry.
